Participated in the 26th Block Roundtable of the Japan Medical Women’s Association

The 26th Block Roundtable of the Japan Medical Women’s Association was held in Kyoto on October 13, 2024, and Dr. Murata participated in the meeting.
The Japan Women’s Medical Association is an organization with a long history founded in 1902 for the purpose of fostering woman doctors, securing their status, and promoting their studies. After the introduction of the activities of the Japan Women’s Medical Association, we were able to hear in detail about the efforts of the Kyoto Medical Association to support woman doctors and the activities of the Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine Work-Life Balance (WLB) Promotion Center Miyako, which not only helped us create new connections but also gave us great insight into future activities.
We would like to make use of what we learned and the connections we made this time for our future activities.
