KUSNoKI PROJECT’s 2nd Mini-Symposium, “Building a Career While Multitasking” (online) was held (in Japanese)

On Saturday, February 1, 2025, KUSNoKI PROJECT’s 2nd mini-symposium was held with Dr. Mami Iima, Project Professor, Nagoya University Graduate School of Medicine, as the featured speaker. Under the title of “Building a Career While Multitasking,” Dr. Iima spoke about the state of work styles of female and male doctors, her past research activities and study abroad, the key points in balancing multitasking, the importance of gaining cooperation from family and colleagues, and finding a mentor, based on her own experiences. Her gentle and soothing tone of voice was soothing to me, and I could sense the flexible strength of Dr. Iima, who has steadily followed the path she has been pursuing in her multi-career. We also learned from Dr. Iima’s talk that an attitude of gratitude for everything leads to the understanding and cooperation of those around you.

There were 10 participants in this event. Thank you very much for taking time out of your precious vacation to join us.
