The 1nd mini-symposium of KUSNoKI Project titled “Why Do Physicians Need Coaching? ーToward the realization of Well-Being for medical professionalsー” will be held. The lecturer is Dr. Mari Asakawa, Japan Primary Care Association certified family physician, Fellow of the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine, Doctor of Medicine (medical education), and a coaching doctor (representative of Leading HER, a coaching service for medical professionals).
